Audrey is simply the most loving and attentive care giver. Her home feels safe and relaxed. Having her as an option to the bigger busier centres is so important to some littles that might feel overwhelmed or anxious to leave their parents for the first time. Thank you Audrey for providing such great care to these little humans.
Level of care is top notch and unparalleled. Definitely recommend Audrey to any parents wanting peace of mind. Communication is key. Everything is planned to the T enabling you to get your child set up for the next days events(clothes, accessories, etc.) regular updates throughout the day on your child’s experience. Definitely beyond the call of duty!
Audrey has given our son the best early experience in child care. She has built and environment that is loving and fosters friendships, nutritious eating, inquiry and exploration! She was flexible and accommodating when we needed child care FAST after an unfavorable first experience at a different home daycare. Highly recommended!

Audrey ran an organized program with theme weeks and creative activities. She clearly communicated the daily program and we looked forward to the photo updates in the afternoons. My daughter loved the meals provided and made a few great friends from her time at daycare.

My son spent a wonderful summer at The Giggle Boat...it was a perfect transition To school! They did new and fun activities daily, ate healthy lunches & snacks and spent the summer using their imaginations! My kids all just adore Audrey and the family! Her backyard is heaven from climbers to bouncy castle and sand play, there is never a moment where they are not entertained! My son was happy to go there daily and sad he misses out on the fun now being in school! Highly recommend this place...other home daycares we have used did not do nearly the level of adventuring that The Giggle Boat does!
We feel so lucky to have found Giggle Boat for our two-year-old! Audrey is incredibly kind, caring, and down-to-earth, creating such a warm and welcoming space. Communication was great, and we always felt reassured that our daughter was safe, happy, and well cared for—both physically and emotionally. She especially loved spending time with Audrey’s wonderful dogs and we had so much fun hearing about what she was up to every day!

As a person who was very nervous to leave my child with any new person, I couldn’t recommend Audrey any more highly. She is caring and compassionate and goes out of her way to make sure that the Littles in her care are safe, having fun and loved like her own.

Audrey was so warm and welcoming with my children. I loved her calm energy which helped regulate my children. She had so many creative ideas that kept my kids entertained and excited for the next day.. I would recommend Audrey to any family looking for a smaller home environment for their kids.
Our son was with Audrey through the tough COVID years, and this helped maintain some level of normalcy for our son. The way Audrey came up with fun, safe activities for the kids each and every day was incredible. She had a menu posted, so we always knew what the kids were having for lunch, which was so helpful. She even took the time to update us with photos each day - how she had the time, I will never know. She has such a wonderful emphasis on making sure the kids get outside, no matter the weather, which makes for a tired kid at the end of the day, too! She cares for the kids like they're her own, and also makes sure the kids are all playing together, learning those social skills for school. I'll never forget when our son started saying "MY TURN!".

Audrey’s creativity shone through in the diverse activities and meals she organized daily. From engaging art projects to imaginative play, she tailored experiences that captivated the children’s interests and encouraged their curiosity. This thoughtful approach not only made learning and eating enjoyable but also promoted cognitive and social growth. One of my favourite memories was when she coloured cooked spaghetti and let the kids explore and play - sending me a photo of my son who made himself ‘hair’. The joy radiated from his face. Her dedication to providing a safe, stimulating, and loving environment is truly admirable. We are grateful for the positive impact Audrey has had on our son’s early years and wholeheartedly recommend her daycare services to other families seeking quality childcare.
We had a wonderful experience with Audrey’s Giggle Boat Home Daycare- Audrey exudes warmth and is amazing with young children. Our daughter joined the daycare when she was 1, and Audrey’s gentle and caring approach allowed for an easy and stress free transition (for baby and parents!). Audrey provided lots of age appropriate play opportunities and activities, as well as engaging outdoor play. Such a great daycare! My little one had such a great time there and Audrey was a dream! She did all kinds of wonderful activities with the kids and gave them lots of outdoor time. I knew my little one was in a safe and loving environment all the while learning and having fun.

Every time I went to pick him up, he never wanted to leave and would always have a huge tale to tell me about all of the adventures that they had gone on that day and all of the things he saw, did and ate!He would even beg me to go there on Saturdays! Finding a good home care provider for your child can be a daunting experience. Fortunately for us, our one google search led us to The Giggle Boat. I am so glad that we took a decision to meet Audrey even though, the appointment was booked solely based on great google reviews. When my daughter started at Audrey’s home, we kept waiting to receive a call about her being upset. Instead, she had a smooth transition from our home to Audrey’s without a tear. Infact, there were multiple days when it was difficult to bring her back home. She just loved it there.
Audrey maintains her home nice and clean, provides age appropriate learning and playing opportunities, fun outdoor time, delicious food, and endless warmth and care. I highly recommend Audrey’s The Giggle Boat if you are looking for a home away from home for your child.
